In order to tailor communications to individuals, we will ask for voluntary information, such as professional interests and experience within the profession. CILT(UK) will use your information to help complete transactions and requests submitted through the Web site. Back office procedures: CILT(UK) does not authorise payments on-line. Payment details are submitted securely via the Web, once received, payment authorisation is acquired via a Barclay Merchant Services PDQ terminal. The Institute will contact you directly if a problem arises with any payment. Information is downloaded from our ISP-based secure server through the use of our back office systems. The transmission of this information, from our Web site to back office systems will be encrypted.
