driver cpc (passenger) trainer qualifications

I am researching the level of adult teaching qualification that would be needed to provide 'in-house" training for the non-driving "classroom" sections of the CPC. Having done so, where would this be available close to Manchester on a part time learnng basis?

I am currently an NVQ assessor Customer Service,PCV Driver and had experience as a Driver Assessor / Trainer with Midas and Passenger Assistant trainer in the voluntary sector. This is my first attempt at electronic conversation! Can anyone help please ?
