Learning experiences

How have you applied the learning experiences (knowledge) to your organisation (workplace)?

RE: Learning experiences

Well I feel its difficult especially if the resistance is coming from top management. For example, when I discussed with my boss warehousing management issues in our organization I couldn’t get any sign /kind of support in changing or improving the current system.

RE: Learning experiences

I too agree with you Rahma. Although it is good to come up with innovative ideas, I work in the transport section of a local authority and I have found new ideas very limited in the way of progress.

New ideas are welcomed, however they are then put on the shelf and I think that sometimes this can lead to employees becoming demoralised!

I do think that if we continue to push, we will eventually get there but new people in the sector including people like me who are young and female aren't listened to as they could be.
