Benchmarking Property Costs

Can anyone help me?!  I need to do a quick piece of work looking at the market rates currently for property costs, rent and rates around the UK.  Ideally, a view of hourly rates for labour would be good too.  I'm thinking that ther must be some sort of banding but don't know where best to look for this type of infomation.  I only have a few days to do it.  Thanks in advance

Have a look at the presentation I gave recently to the joint CILT/CIPS Outsourcing & Procurement Forum, which was specifically about free (or free to members!) data that you could use to benchmark logistics costs - top link, and you'll need your membership number handy. I also did a handout which I'm happy to send you - just fill in your details and put Handout in the comments box.
