There remains a trend in the energy industry that they still know best when it comes to delivering logistics in a fragmented way with each discipline responsible for its own supply chain, waste transportation and people movement just to touch on a few areas.
Trying to change this mentality with sub project managers who are responsible for delivering is difficult when they feel the best way of achieving their goals and deliverables is being in full control and owning the contracts.
I could do with some assistance on what studies/reports have been done with data that shows the cost savings and reduced HSE exposure.
