I am exiled in the USA, working for the Metro in Washington DC. I have been tasked with developing a new track worker safety class for Metro employees. Resources for this kind of training are a bit thin on the ground here. I have registered with Network Rail's safety website, and downloaded some very useful videos, I am also being helped out by a contact at Transport For London, however I'd appreciate it if anyone knows how I can get more detailed information with regard course content. I am not looking to replicate the training programme, just looking for ideas which I could use to improve Metro's current training course which is lacking somewhat.
