Many thanks for your response to my note on the CILT site. Basically I’m looking at our Future Distribution strategy and am very keen to understand how others supply through to the dealers and IMTs. Currently we operate from a PDC in the midlands through to UK, Northern and Southern Ireland, Malta, Cyprus and soon to be South Africa however only the UK and Northern Ireland are Dealer direct. For our dealer direct we offer next day by noon delivery on VOR and Stock orders we understand that we need to improve on this with more frequent deliveries throughout the day to the major dealers and IMTs. What I’m doing is looking how best to achieve this and obviously the starting point is how are other Brands achieving this. If you have any information I would be very grateful, Regards Sarah
