Suggested leadership and change management literature

As a manager and a leader I am passionate about my personal development and being the best leader and change management professional I can be for the teams I lead. There are two amazing books I would like to reccomend all managers and leaders should read. They are: Our Iceberg Is Melting: by John Kotter The 5 Dysfunctions of a team: by Patrick Lencioni They are not great literary works of art, but they are amazing. If ever there were two books that could help you lead change effectively and manage teams brilliantly these are it. Read them, learn from them, apply the learnings. You will not be dissapointed. If you know of anything out there that beats these two books, I would love to hear more? Does anyone else have any MUST READ reccomendations? Allan.

RE: Suggested leadership and change management literature

hello Allan;

after reading your article I find leadership a little boring but I have come across a book by Richard L.Daft [The Leadership Experience] and now I quite enjoy reading about leadership. I shall look-up the two books that you mentioned.

                                                thanks
